What is permitted

What is required

• Attribution link: The “Powered by Gaugeify.com” text and link included in the tool’s embed code must remain visible and must not be modified, hidden, or removed. This is the only condition of our free embed license.

What is not permitted

• Self-hosting the tool code on your own servers
• Removing, modifying, or obscuring the attribution link
• Embedding tools in applications or websites that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or harmful content
• Claiming ownership of the tool or removing Gaugeify branding from within the tool interface
• Reselling access to embedded tools as a paid service

Violation of embed terms may result in your access to embeds being blocked. We reserve the right to revoke embed permission at any time for cause.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Gaugeify.com — including but not limited to the tool code, design, layout, graphics, written content, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Gaugeify and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
