• Claiming ownership of the tool or removing Gaugeify branding
• Reselling access to embedded tools as a paid service

Violation of embed terms may result in your access being blocked. We reserve the right to revoke embed permission at any time for cause.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Gaugeify.com — including tool code, design, layout, graphics, written content, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Gaugeify and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site and its tools for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

Embedding tools via our provided embed code is explicitly permitted as described in Section 6. All other reproduction requires our written consent.
